These terms apply to the EyeOnn Android app and this website, provided by Exelon Circuits Private Limited ("Exelon", "we"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use EyeOnn for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

License keys

EyeOnn needs a valid license key to run. Each key is issued by Exelon and may be tied to a phone's Machine ID, a number of camera channels and an expiry date. Your license is personal to you or your organization, cannot be transferred without our agreement, and may stop working when it expires. Prices and payment terms are agreed with you directly.

Authorized cameras only

You may connect EyeOnn only to cameras that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with surveillance, privacy and employment laws where your cameras operate, including any notice or consent those laws require.

What EyeOnn does

EyeOnn shows live video from compatible ONVIF and RTSP cameras. It does not record video. Compatibility varies by camera, and features such as PTZ depend on your hardware. EyeOnn needs a network connection to your cameras, which you provide. It is not an emergency or alarm service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use EyeOnn to access a device without permission or to monitor people unlawfully.
  • Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or bypass the license checks in the app.
  • Keep your accounts, camera passwords and license key secure.

Intellectual property

Exelon owns EyeOnn and its name, logo and content. Your license lets you use the app. It does not transfer ownership. Other brand names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Disclaimer and liability

EyeOnn is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted video or that it will prevent or detect any incident. To the extent the law allows, Exelon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your network, cameras or phone. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate Exelon for claims and losses caused by your unlawful use of EyeOnn or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may refuse to renew or may end a license if you breach these terms. You may stop using EyeOnn at any time by uninstalling it. Fees are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
